Shipping Restrictions

Delivery Issues

Package Not Delivered

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Look around your property (behind bushes, side doors, etc.)
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Wait 24 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
  • Contact our customer service if still not found

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement at no charge.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once shipped, contact the carrier directly to arrange delivery changes. Additional fees may apply for address changes after shipping.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional time for processing and delivery:

  • Black Friday through New Year's: 1-2 extra business days
  • Major holidays may delay processing by 1 day
  • Carrier delays are more common during peak seasons
  • Order by December 20th for Christmas delivery (standard shipping)
